Beta terms for Webterra’s public information surfaces and separately scoped owner services.
The service
Webterra provides a read-only map, API, dataset, methodology, and evidence explanations. Lookup and route recommendations are advisory and do not execute tasks. Owner services require exact-domain ownership and eligibility checks in protected Control; Map-this-site is an authenticated request for review, not a promise of mapping or testing.
Information is not a guarantee
Published observations are time-, condition-, region-, interface-, authentication-, and executor-specific. Preliminary, stale, blocked, unavailable, capability-only, and owner-provided facts are labeled separately. No record guarantees availability, completion, inventory, pricing, appointments, or future outcome.
Owner services
Scope, limits, delivery conditions, eligibility, and refund handling shown in authenticated Control govern a request. Public pages do not create checkout, authorize testing, or permit access to a third-party site.
Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and do not treat evidence as permission to access, transact, or interfere with a site.
Corrections and changes
We may correct, quarantine, or retract public records when review requires it, while preserving appropriate audit history. Public API and dataset use must preserve attribution, limitations, and the applicable data version.
